The Bar Number for Field function return the number of bars into a field a record is, beginning with 1 and skipping null records Parameters ------------------ Data          The data to evaluate. This is typically a field in a data series or a calculated value. Function Value ------------------------ The first date with data in the field returns the number 1. Each date record in the field after that with data returns the next higher number. For example, the third date record returns the number 3. For end-of-day data series with records for each trading day, this function can be used to determine the number of trading days a record is into the data series.
