The Bars Since Time function determines the number of bars between the current record and a given time. Parameters ------------------ Hour           The hour of the time. Minute        The minute of the time. Function Value ------------------------ This function determines the number of bars between the current record and a given time. If it is currently before the given time, the number of bars since that time on the most recent previous day is returned, or one if there is no previous day. If the data series starts before the given time, but does not contain a record on the given time, one is returned.
