  Bars While False [BarsWhileFalse]

The Bars While False function determines the number of bars a given condition has been false.

Parameters
------------------
Condition    The condition to evaluate. This is typically a field in a data series or a calculated value.

Function Value
------------------------
This function maintains a count of the number of consecutive bars that a given condition has been true. A condition is considered to be false if it has a zero value.

Usage
-----------
This function is typically used to determine the number of bars a condition has remained false, or has not been true.

This function can also be used in an entry/exit system as an exit condition to specify a maximum number of bars to stay in the market after an entry condition has occurred.

For example:
Enter Long when:  Condition
Exit Long when:     GT ( BarsWhileFalse ( Condition ), MaxLength )
