The Ceiling function returns the first integer that is greater or equal to a given value. For positive numbers, this is also known as "rounding up." See below for a list of similar functions. Parameters ------------------ Value         The value to use in the calculation. This is typically a field in a data series or a calculated value. Function Value ------------------------ The Ceiling of the number is the first integer that is greater or equal to a given number. This is primarily used for "rounding up" positive numbers to the nearest integer.
