The Is Decreasing function determiines when a field is decreasing in value. Parameters ------------------ Data         The value to evaluate. This is typically a field in a data series or a calculated value. Function Value ------------------------ The function returns +1 when the current value of the field is less than the previous value. Otherwise, it returns 0. For example, in the table below, notice how the value is +1 when the closing price decreases.
