The Is Not Null function determines if a given value is not null.

Parameters
------------------
Value         The value to analyze. This is typically a field in a data series or a calculated value.

Function Value
------------------------
This function determines if a given value is not null. If the given value is not null, it returns 1; otherwise it returns 0.

Values are typically null when they are not defined. For example, a moving average at the beginning of a data series is not defined until the given number of periods has occured. Another example of a value which is not defined is a number that is divided by zero.
