TradingSolutions Tip Box: New Chart Menu Options The new TradingSolutions v4.0 Build 070618 includes minor changes to the chart context menus that enable you to toggle display options on and off more easily. Here is a quick overview: Display Horizontal (Value) Line under Mouse and Display Vertical (Date) Line under Mouse can now be toggled directly from the context menus for the main Chart display area. These options were previously only available from the Tools -> Options menu. They are useful visual tools for determining the relative positions of multiple values. Display Value Axis on Right is a new option which allows you to display the labels for the Y-Axis (Value axis) on the right side of the chart. This configuration is often used in streaming charts to display the axis values near the most recent values for faster reference. To further aid in reading the chart, the value of the most recent value is displayed as an overlay on the chart axis. Export Chart as Graphic File is a new option which allows you to export the image of chart to a graphic file in either BMP (uncompressed) or JPG (compressed) format. We primarily use this for creating charts for the TradingSolutions website, but wanted to make it available to our users, as well.
