If using a company or university purchase order, please fax (352-377-9009) or mail the purchase order to:

In addition to listing the products desired, the purchase order should also include the following information:

• Purchase Order number
• Billing address
• Shipping name and address
• Total dollar amount of the order

- Payment is expected within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) of receiving the software
- All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
- Customer is responsible for any value added tax (VAT) or duties fees imposed by their government.
