Changing Field Properties

Several defaults are used to display fields in charts. Chart field line colors are assigned using a color list. All fields are displayed as solid lines except volume, which is displayed as bars, and signals, which are displayed as entry/exit arrows. In addition, prediction fields are automatically shifted to display the values for when they are predicted.

To change the appearance and/or value properties of a chart field, select Change Display Properties of Field… from the context menu for the field. This will display the Change Display Properties Dialog. The pages on this dialog allow you to change the type and color of the chart field, along with providing the ability to shift or smooth displayed values.
