Main Menu: Edit Menu

The Edit Menu contains options for editing individual values, including, copy, cut, and paste commands. It contains the following menu items.

p    Cut

This option allows you to remove the currently selected value or values from the Spreadsheet View. The values can then be pasted to a same-sized region in a Spreadsheet View. They can also be pasted into other programs that accept pasted text.

p    Copy

This option allows you to copy the currently selected value or values from the Spreadsheet View. The values can then be pasted to a same-sized region in a Spreadsheet View. They can also be pasted into other programs that accept pasted text. The Copy option can also be used to copy the contents of the Chart View window so that it can be pasted in a program that accepts pasted graphics, such as Microsoft Word.

p    Paste

This option allows you to paste values that have been cut or copied from another location into the Spreadsheet View.
